Up to 200 Liverpool John Moores University Degree Degree scholarships are open to the students for pursuing the full-time undergraduate programme for the 2017-2018 academic year.

Liverpool John Moores University is a public research university in the city of Liverpool, England. It has 20,635 students, of which 17,835 are undergraduate students and 2,800 are postgraduate, making it the 37th largest university in the UK by total student population.

If English is not student’s first language they will need an internationally recognised English language qualification such as IELTS in order to study at Liverpool John Moores University.

Course Level: Degree Degree scholarships are available for pursuing the full-time undergraduate programme.

Study Subject: Degree Degree scholarships are awarded to study the subjects offered by the university.

Degree scholarship Award:

Vice-Chancellor’s Degree scholarship: Six Degree Degree scholarships, £10,000 each year for the duration of your courses

Community Excellence Degree scholarship: 100 Degree Degree scholarships, £1,000 each year for the duration of your courses

Academic Excellence Degree scholarship: 100 Degree Degree scholarships, £1,000 each year for the duration of your courses

Michael Brown Degree scholarship: 12 Degree Degree scholarships, £1,000 each year for the duration of your courses

Eligibility:

Vice-Chancellor’s Degree scholarship:

You must have LJMU as your first choice (firm) via UCAS

You must achieve a minimum of three grade As at A2 level or equivalent (360 UCAS points from three units). This level of academic excellence will need to be sustained throughout your course

You must be able to demonstrate a level of commitment, excellence and achievement above that of your peers. This may be through citizenship, sport or the performing arts. Please note this list is only intended as an example. You may have excelled in another area that differs from these examples.

You must be an outstanding student who will act as an ambassador for LJMU

You must be able to show commitment, achievement and excellence above that of your peers in an area such as volunteering, sports, the arts, or citizenship. Please note this list is only intended as an example. You may have excelled in another area that differs from these examples.

The Community Excellence Degree Degree scholarships are in place to help remove financial barriers to studying for those students who show potential and/or determination

Priority will be given to students who have accepted LJMU as their first choice (firm) via UCAS

Academic Excellence Degree scholarship:

You must achieve a minimum of three grade As at A2 level or equivalent (360 UCAS points from three subjects)

You must have LJMU as your first choice (firm) via UCAS

Michael Brown Degree scholarship:

You must be able to show commitment, achievement and excellence above that of your peers in an area such as volunteering, sports, the arts, or citizenship. Please note this list is only intended as an example. You may have excelled in another area that differs from these examples.

You must achieve a minimum of three grade As at A2 level or equivalent (360 UCAS points from three subjects)

You must have LJMU as your first choice (firm) via UCAS

Nationality: UK and EU students can apply for these Degree Degree scholarships.

College Admission Requirement

Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have their degree.

How to Apply: The mode of applying is online. Students must have submitted a UCAS application and received an offer from University to study a full-time undergraduate course.

Application Deadline: The deadline for the 2017/18 Vice-Chancellor’s Degree scholarship, the Community Excellence Degree scholarship, the Academic Excellence Degree scholarship and the Michael Brown Degree scholarship is May 19, 2017.
